  • We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, and mobile wallets (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa).

  • Full payment must be made before product delivery or service activation, unless otherwise agreed.


4. Orders & Delivery

  • Orders are processed after confirmation and payment.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on location (see our Shipping Policy).

  • Azlan Solutions is not liable for courier delays or force majeure events.


5. Warranty & Support

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Software and services are non-refundable once activated or delivered.

  • Refunds are issued only after product inspection and approval.
