Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included.

  • You must provide the original receipt/invoice as proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Software (once activated or opened)

  • Used or physically damaged items

  • Custom-built PCs or special orders

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Services (e.g., installations, diagnostics)


3. Refund Method

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (cash, bank transfer, mobile wallet, etc.).

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.


4. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • We will inspect and verify the issue and offer a replacement or refund based on the case.

  • Manufacturer warranty terms may apply.


5. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange for a similar or different item (price differences apply) within 7 days if the original product is in unused condition.
